| Lianne
Charton co-founded AccuSource, Inc. in 1999. As the
President and Chief Operating Officer, Lianne is responsible
for all aspects of AccuSource’s operations, which
includes the company’s employment and background
investigations, drug testing and assessment screening
services, as well as forming the strategic corporate
direction and building and strengthening the internal
environment with her vast knowledge of the background
screening industry.
Prior to founding AccuSource, Lianne held a key management
position with a competitive employment screening firm,
and operational management positions in the electronics
industry.
Lianne has a Bachelors of Arts in Film from Columbia
College, and is a licensed private investigator.
Lianne is a founding member of the National Association
for Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and a
member of the Society for Human Resource Management
(SHRM). |
