| Patricia
Bevins joined AccuSource, Inc. in 2005. As the Director
of Compliance, Patricia oversees the legal and compliance
issues that impact our industry at the federal, state
and local levels. She is accountable for the management
of our organization’s business policies, procedures
and document control processes.
As the Director of Nuclear Division
Operations, Patricia has operations control of the background
investigations, customer service, quality assurance
and audit departments.
Prior to joining AccuSource, Patricia held positions
as a freelance paralegal, background investigator and
human resource management professional.
Patricia has a Masters Degree in Legal Studies as well
as an ABA (American Bar Association) approved paralegal
certificate from Webster University, and a Bachelors
Degree in Criminology / Criminal Justice from the University
of Missouri, St. Louis.
Patricia is a founding member of the
National Association for Professional Background Screeners
(NAPBS) and member of NAPBS accreditation committee.
Patricia is also a member of the Society for Human Resource
