AccuSource provides web-based training sessions and online
tools. Training content includes: new user set up, password
management, report ordering, checking report status, report
retrieval, FCRA compliance, optional electronic billing and,
or applicant interface. Users are typically trained to use
the system within less than an hour.
Unparalled Customer Support
Upon implementation, you will be assigned a dedicated customer
service team. The customer service team will include your
account executive and lead background specialist. They are
available to manage technical, set-up and ongoing service
needs.
