Lisa Holder, Chief Executive Officer

Lisa Holder is the co-founder of AccuSource, Inc. In 1999, she tackled the role of Chief Executive Officer and relished in the opportunity to shape the Company's business strategy, development, acquisitions and product line. Under her leadership, the Company has experienced year after year double-digit growth and profitability. Her professional yet broad-minded approach has helped nurture her staff to grow, change and think outside the box. Prior to co-founding AccuSource, Lisa spent sixteen years in the healthcare industry and held several executive positions, playing central roles in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, business process improvement and web-based technology solutions. Lisa received an MBA with honors from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology/Health Promotion with honors from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Lisa is a founding member of the National Association for Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).

Lianne Charton, President & Chief Operating Officer

Lianne Charton is the Co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of AccuSource. Since 1999, Lianne has been committed to setting AccuSource apart from her competitors by running a very well-oiled machine but also offering a very personalized customer experience. While she is responsible for all aspects of Company operations, the staff acts as an extension of her very unique expertise and sense of urgency. Lianne leads by example by bringing a rarely found blend of industry knowledge and operational skill to the AccuSource team. Prior to AccuSource, Lianne held a key management position with a competitive employment-screening firm and held many operational management positions in the electronics industry. Lianne earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Film from Columbia College, and is a licensed private investigator. Lianne is a founding member of the National Association for Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).

Evan Fannin, Vice President of Security & Technology

A Southern California native, Evan served in The United States Air Force where he learned the skills needed to manage networks of any size in any situation. Shortly after, he formed TCF Networks providing high-level consulting and IT services to clients throughout Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. Evan is the lead systems engineer and enjoys the challenge of finding the best solutions for our client’s needs. He has more than 14 years of IT experience under his belt. On his off time, he enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, billiards and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Robin Shattuck, Vice President Sales & Marketing

Robin joined AccuSource in 2011 as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She brings with her over 10 years of experience in the Consumer Data industry. Prior to joining AccuSource, Robin was the Vice President for Core Data Source where she led the growth initiatives of the company. She also held a key role at TransUnion and provided strong leadership in the areas of strategic alliance building, client relationship management and product design that resulted in exceptional revenue growth for the company. Robin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College. She is an active member of National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).

Megan Vura, Manager of Operations

Megan Vura joined AccuSource in 2008 and quickly moved up the ranks to become Operations Manager in 2010. With over 8 years’ experience in the background screening industry, and applying a strong knowledge for her craft, she has become one of the leading representatives for AccuSource. Prior to joining AccuSource, Megan earned extensive knowledge as a Background Specialist, Drug Screening Specialist and Customer Service Representative, Inc. She was able to build her foundation for the industry as well as become a certified drug screening collector. Megan’s extensive industry knowledge, sense of urgency and relationship with our clients make her an extremely valuable and competent asset to our organization. Megan holds a Bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and has plans to return to school to pursue her Master’s degree.
